At Fekra Technology, we are committed to serving you. Below are the details of our refund and return mechanism:
Refund Process:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards): Refunds are processed back to the original card used or through available electronic payment methods.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): In case of a return, refunds are processed via our branches, bank transfer to the customer's account, or mobile e-wallets.
- Important Note: Cash refunds are not available for online orders.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange & Return Conditions:
You may exchange or return an item for a refund within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided.
